Welcome to the TUSD Food Service Department Web Site! Our goal is to provide our students with well balanced, nutritional meal options served with a smile! School meals are designed so that your child will receive the necessary nutrition each day to help him/her reach their full academic potential. USDA has set nutrition standards high; our schools exceed these standards to insure your child receives optimal nutrition each school day.

We would like to invite you to enjoy lunch with your student at any of our Campus Cafeteria Sites.

School meals are more than just lunch at school. School meals are the fuel that gives the student brain power. School meals take the pain out of the stomach and allow the student to concentrate on learning. School meals keep the physical body functioning properly. School meals and the kitchen manager are often the highlight of the day for many students. School meals are nutritious and delicious.

In closing I would just like to add; remember to Exercise, Eat Right and Eat your colors each day!

The Food Service Dept. accepts applications for the National School Lunch Free and Reduced Meal Program on a year round basis. You can pick up an application at any school site, from the Food Service Web Page, or by calling 434-5843.
