In December we asked staff to nominate students for showing RESPECT around campus. The following students were nominated and randomly selected for showing RESPECT! Students received a gift certificate for a dinner for two to McPhees.
Rosalie was nominated by two teachers at THS, Mrs. Kline and Mrs. Parham. "Rosalie is extremely respectful to her teachers, classmates and fellow cheerleaders. She takes time out of her day to ask how others are doing. I believe she respects others and they in turn respect her. She is a joy to have at THS," says Mrs. Kline.
"She makes my day when she stops by to say hi and ask how my day is going. She is mature and treats me as a human being with feelings and concerns. She has made my transition to THS such a joy," says Mrs. Parham.
"Tanner thinks of others and shows so much kindness. He always has a smile and never complains. He is always the student to help set up for class or clean up after class without being asked. I really appreciate him," states Ms. Forzetting.
"I am so excited Keani was chosen for this recognition as she truly embodies respect in every interaction, always listening attentively and treating others with kindness and dignity. She consistently has a positive attitude and is a bright light on our campus. Well deserved, Keani," says Mrs. Craton.
"Christian Lucero is a very well mannered and courteous student. I'm very impressed with his politeness and helpfulness around the classroom. Christian always demonstrates respect toward his peers by listening and never interrupting them," says Aguirre.
