EAGLES RUN WELL, FINISH STRONG AT OJAI INVITATIONAL

This weekend the THS Cross Country Team traveled to Lake Casitas to run in the 35th annual Ojai Invitational Cross Country Meet in a 3 mile course. Both the boys and girls teams ran against 14 other schools from 7 different divisions with most coming from the Central Coast Athletic Association including AG, Cabrillo, Mission, Morro Bay, Orcutt, PV, SLO, Santa Maria and St. Joseph.

In the boys division our top finisher was Nikita Norton who got himself in the THS record book running the 8th fastest time at that distance. Special shout out to freshmen Adam McClure and Beckett Aston who came in the top ten of all of the freshmen running in the varsity race. Adam ran the 3rd fastest time and Beckett the 4th fastest time of all freshmen in Saturday’s race. Here are the other times for our top five runners.
